Fishing Trips in Pattaya on a Private Yacht
Every island trip on our yachts starts with a stop to fish and make sashimi. Simple fishing gear is on board, the boat is only for your group, and trips run 4 to 8 hours from Bali Hai Pier or Ocean Marina. Private yachts from ฿14,000.
How the fishing stop works
Fishing is part of the island day, not a separate trip. Every one of our 18 island programmes, from both piers, has a fishing and sashimi stop.
On every programme it is the first stop after the yacht leaves the pier. Then the boat goes on to the islands of the programme you booked and comes back to the pier at the fixed time.
How long the stop lasts depends on the programme. Ask us and we will tell you what your trip looks like.
Fishing gear on board
Simple fishing gear is on the included list of every boat in our fleet. Fishing is done with hooks, and the equipment is different on each boat.
A BBQ grill is on the same included list, together with life jackets, snorkel masks, a paddle board, drinking water, soft drinks and seasonal fruits.

These are all the programmes. Each one has the fishing and sashimi stop, and the price is for the whole boat.

- The island pages have the full times for each trip: Koh Larn (Coral Island), Koh Sak, Monkey Island and Koh Khram.
- On afternoon and full day trips the cruise back to the pier is the time for sunset photos.
Which pier to choose
Bali Hai Pier runs the Koh Larn and Koh Sak trips and the Koh Phai trips. There is no pier ticket at Bali Hai Pier.
Ocean Marina runs every island programme: Koh Larn and Koh Sak, Monkey Island, Koh Khram and Koh Phai. The pier ticket at Ocean Marina is 80 THB per person and is not included in the charter price.
Fishing trip prices
Prices are for the whole boat, not per person. A trip with a fishing stop starts at ฿14,000 for 5 hours from Bali Hai Pier. From Ocean Marina, trips start at ฿17,500 for 5 hours. The price depends on the yacht, the trip length and the day.
Not included: the 80 THB per person pier ticket at Ocean Marina, the small boat transfer if you want to go ashore on Koh Larn, the fee to go ashore on Koh Phai, rented extras such as the pool, slider and jet ski, and diving, which costs extra.
Good to know before you go
- Be at the pier 15 minutes early. If you are late, the boat still returns to the pier on time.
- If you want to end the trip early, tell the crew on board.
- Do not put paper in the toilet. The fine is 3,000 THB.
- Damage to the yacht is charged.
- In bad weather the captain can change the plan for your safety.
- Diving costs extra.

Is this a fishing only trip?
No. Fishing is one stop on a private island trip. Every programme starts with a fishing and sashimi stop and then goes on to the islands you booked.
What fishing gear is on the boat?
Simple fishing gear with hooks. It is on the included list of every boat, and the equipment is different on each boat. Ask us and we will check the yacht you want.
How long is the fishing stop?
It depends on the programme. Each trip has fixed times, and we will tell you the times for your trip when you ask for a boat.
Will we catch fish?
We cannot promise a catch. The stop is there to fish and make sashimi, but what you catch depends on the day.
How much does a fishing trip in Pattaya cost?
From ฿14,000 for the whole boat, for 5 hours from Bali Hai Pier. Trips from Ocean Marina start at ฿17,500. The price depends on the yacht, the trip length and the day.
Which pier does the fishing trip leave from?
Bali Hai Pier or Ocean Marina. Every island trip from both piers has the fishing stop. Bali Hai Pier has no pier ticket, and at Ocean Marina the pier ticket is 80 THB per person.
