What you do at Monkey Island
You stay on the yacht at Monkey Island. Going ashore is not allowed.
Feeding the monkeys is part of the plan only when the water is high. The tide decides this, so we cannot promise it on your date.
The rest of the time there is for eating on board, swimming near the back of the boat and stand up paddle boarding. Snorkel masks are included on every boat. If you rent them, the pool, slider and jet ski can be used too.

There are two Monkey Island trips. Both start with a fishing and sashimi stop. Times below are the fixed programme times. The captain can change the plan in bad weather.

All Monkey Island trips leave from Ocean Marina. The pier ticket is 80 THB per person and is not included.
- On every trip the first stop is for fishing and sashimi. Simple hooks are on board, and the equipment is different on each boat.
- Afternoon, 6 hour and full day trips come back in time for sunset photos on the way to the pier.
Monkey Island on its own or with Koh Khram
The Monkey Island trip is 4, 5 or 6 hours. After the fishing stop, all the island time is at Monkey Island.
The Koh Khram and Monkey Island trip is 4, 5, 6 or 8 hours. Most of the island time is at Koh Khram, and Monkey Island is the last stop before the pier. You do not go ashore on either island.

Monkey Island trip prices
Prices are for the whole boat, not per person. A Monkey Island trip from Ocean Marina starts at ฿17,500 for 5 hours. The 4 hour trip starts at ฿21,000, and the full day with Koh Khram starts at ฿29,000.
Not included: the 80 THB per person pier ticket at Ocean Marina, rented extras such as the pool, slider and jet ski, and diving, which costs extra.
Good to know before you go
- You cannot go ashore on Monkey Island.
- Be at the pier 15 minutes early. If you are late, the boat still returns to the pier on time.
- If you want to end the trip early, tell the crew on board.
- Do not put paper in the toilet. The fine is 3,000 THB.
- Damage to the yacht is charged.
- In bad weather the captain can change the plan for your safety.
- Diving costs extra.

Will we see the monkeys?

No. They are two different islands, and each has its own trips.
